Refund & Return Policy

We are confident that you will love your Moto Culture watch but if for any reason you do not then you can return it within 14 days provided that it has not been used or worn and is still in its original packaging and is of course undamaged.

Please first of all download our return form by clicking on the link below and mail us at  info@motoculture.co.uk to so that we can issue with the necessary return authorisation and postage label. We will not accept returns that have not been through the authorisation process.

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods purchased through the e-commerce store operated by Moto Culture. 

2. To be eligible items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be undamaged and in the original packaging. 

3. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return. We will issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of the UK postage fees. 

4. Our returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price paid for the item. if you change your mind within 14 days. 

5. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, please contact us to explain the issue as we may be able to resolve this without the need to return the item. If the issue cannot be resolved we will issue you with a replacement item.

6. Returned items will only be accepted along with a completed returns form which can be downloaded from the link above and prior authorisation approval from Moto Culture. 

7. Once received the item will be inspected and then you will be contacted and advised whether your refund will be processed or not. The credit to your original method of payment will then take place within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to show on your payment providers records. 

8. If an item you purchased was purchased during a sale, promotion or with discount coupon, then only the amount that you paid will be refunded
